She needs to start promoting songs better and she needs to get serious with playlisting
I genuinely wish that she had Barbz on her team that would keep it real with her. “Yes men” are not who we need this era. Help her choose the songs she doesn’t like (those are usually the best), choose better covert art (hire Xander even 🤷🏽♂️🤣), tell her to stop smoking when she’s on Amp talking to us, overall just give her honest opinions don’t say what she wants to here. Tell her what she NEEDS to hear!

I agree with the comment down below. I wish she would bring some barbz on her team who would be really real with her. People are so desperate for her attention and a follow that they say whatever they have to and tell her whatever they have to and it’s led to too many yes men around her. And yes the songs she hates are usually some of her best. Also, this rollout is different. THE NUMBER ONE THING LACKING IS A BANGER ON THE RADIO RIGHT NOW that would get people excited and ready. Listen I love Nicki and I owe her my life. Her music has saved my life so many times! I just don’t agree with every move she makes and that’s ok. I’ve been supporting her and buying since the mixtape days I’m allowed to atleast have an opinion.
Some of y'all need to stop with that "AI" narrative. When Lil Nas X, Doja Cat, Meg and others were using CGI in their artworks and music videos in 2021, everybody was eating it up. Now that AI came around, you guys want to discredit the hard work of graphic designers and creative directors, it's disrespectful and ignorant.
However, she should focus more on providing a clean roll-out. During the last two years, she gave us some of the most jaw-dropping moments when it comes to deals, collaborations, artworks, looks, performances, music, etc. But all of that is being overshadowed by a messy roll-out, things getting delayed or released early, it looks unprofessional.
In 2021, Nicki said that she didn't want to release things too early because she was working on the art and how the art was being delivered to us. Well, she should've listened to her words, because from the non-planned promo single "Super Freaky Girl" that suddenly became a lead single, to the "Pink Friday 2" perfume that gets released 3 weeks early without her even knowing it, it just confuses everybody.
I know that she tries to give her all by pleasing all of us Barbz, but she should step her foot down, and stick to her timeline.
