Digital Download SINGLES from Artist Websites will no longer count toward the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. It does in fact count toward RIAA certifications and pushing the singles sale units. Digital CDs that can be shipped from Artists website count and have to be shipped within the same week to count. When buying Digital CDs & Digital Single Downloads on the ARTIST WEBSITE make sure to buy in 2 methods. • First Method is to buy in Bulk. Artists websites & Label websites provide DIGITAL SINGLES. You can buy up to 4 copies at checkout. If you buy more than 4 per check out it doesn’t count. If you’d like to buy more than 4 start a new cart and have a new form of payment ready. • Second method is to buy 1 by 1. 1 Copy at a time. Artists websites & Label websites provide Digital CDs. You can buy the CDs from their websites. Most artist online stores don’t allow you to check out more than 1 due to filter purposes this is okay.
